- The Administrative Procedure Act requires the publication of agency ombudsmans in the Arizona Administrative Register relating to rulemaking activity. Agencies employing more than 100 people shall publish annually in the Arizona Administrative Register the name or names of those employees who are designated by the agency to assist members of the public or regulated community in seeking information or assistance from the agency.
