For a limited time, Secretary of State Michele Reagan has relaunched the WWII Memorial paver program where individuals or businesses may purchase a commemorative brick to honor the courage and sacrifice of those who fought for freedom around the globe during WWII.  From July 4th, to September 2nd, (the 71st Anniversary of the end of the WWII) people can engrave a paver to be installed this later this fall.

PHOENIX – Buckeye Library Receives $25,000 State Grant to Identify Underserved Community, Proactively Plan for City's Expected Future Growth

Buckeye, Ariz (June 16, 2016) - The Buckeye Public Library has received a $25,000 grant for a community assessment of library usage and to plan for the anticipated future community needs for library services as the city's population increases.

In advance of the July 7, 2016 filing deadline for initiative and referendum petitions, Secretary Reagan has announced statements of support or opposition to this year’s ballot measures can now be submitted online.  By statute, the deadline to submit an argument is no later than forty-eight days preceding the primary election.

PHOENIX – Such gratitude filled the French people toward the U.S. after World War II that in 1949 the French people sent the Merci Train to the U.S. filled with gifts for the American people. Artifacts from the train can be seen at the Arizona Capitol Museum inside the historic state capitol.

“The principal focus of my Elections Team is to make sure our August Primary and November General Elections go smoothly and voting is easy for all Arizonans.  We are running 4 statewide elections this year and 2016 did not seem the appropriate time to be rewriting any election-related policies or procedures.
