ALL NOTARY BONDS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE’S OFFICE ALONG WITH THE NOTARY APPLICATION (EFFECTIVE APRIL 29, 2008). Instructions on how to submit bonds and filing fees are included with the Notary Public Application.
