ATTENTION – IMPORTANT NOTICE

In accord with section 47-9523, subsection (G), Arizona Revised Statutes, effective April 23, 2010, the Secretary of State will no longer mail an acknowledgment of any recorded UCC documents to the filer unless the filer provides the Secretary of State with an appropriate sized, addressed and stamped envelope.
