It is illegal to copy and distribute this software other than by direct permission of P&R Software or the State of Arizona. If you wish to discuss licensing this software, or a customized version of this software, for use in States other than Arizona, please contact us by email. Custom modifications to match the requirements of our state or locality can be made for a reasonable fee.

This software is no longer used for campaign finance reporting to the Arizona Secretary of State and is made available through the 2008 election cycle for local jurisdiction use only.

Installation Instructions

When installing the CFS Software, you will be prompted to install for "All Users", or "Only Me". Make sure to always select "All Users". The software will not function correctly if you choose "Only Me". You will need to uninstall the 2006 version after installation of the 2008 version if it was previously installed.

Upgrading from a Previous Version

MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR EXISTING SYSTEM BEFORE INSTALLING ANY NEW SOFTWARE. You will need to uninstall the 2006 version after installation of the 2008 version if it was previously installed.
