PPE Ballot Order Determined by Drawing by Lot
Notice of Public Meeting
Agenda: Pursuant to A.R.S. ยง 16-245(B), "the order of the names of certified candidates on the ballot shall be determined by lots drawn at a public meeting called by the secretary of state for that purpose."
Candidates and/or their representatives are invited to attend the ballot order drawing.
Date: Tues., Jan. 10, 2011
Time: 10 a.m.
Place: Historic Senate Chambers, third floor, Capitol Museum

Notice of Prohibition - Office of the State Forester, Arizona State Land Department - Posted under A.R.S. § 37-623(B)
In exercising the authority to prevent wildfires, if the state forester declares a prohibition on fire causing activities and fireworks, the state forester shall post a notice of the action in the office of the secretary of state and notify the news media.
