The Secretary of State's Office has been on the move with the filing of S.B. 1091 on July 13, 2009. (Above) Ken Bennett, SOS and Library and Archives staff move shelves and more than 700 banker boxes on September 3, 2009. The move is part of creating a more efficient retention of public documents and consolidating records at the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records. Under A.R.S. § 41-1331, the Library and its divisions will be under the Office of Secretary of State as of September 30, 2009.
