Arizonans stand in the rain for a chance to view a rare copy of the Declaration of Independence on Saturday, February 20, 2010. The rain did not dampen the excitement of the crowd as they waited in line in front of the State Capitol Museum.

 

Secretary of State Ken Bennett hosted the opening event Friday, February 19, 2010, in front of the State Capitol. VIPs were invited to view the document and watch a video.

Phoenix Police Explorer's Color Guard present the colors at Friday's event.

 

John Leach, a student from the Imagine School in North Phoenix leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
