Commissioners watching the swearing in included (left to right), Jose Herrera, Linda McNulty, Scott Freeman and Richard Sterez. This was the second public meeting for AIRC at the State Capitol. AIRC commissioners went into executive session to discuss the five potential candidates who were interviewed the previous week before naming Mathis as chair.
