PHOENIX – The Arizona Secretary of State's Office today announced the launch of an updated BallotBot, an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to help Arizona voters quickly find accurate, official election information throughout the 2026 election cycle.

Today, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) sent the Arizona Secretary of State's Office a letter threatening criminal prosecution of election officials responsible for voter registration if there are noncitizens registered to vote in their jurisdictions.

PHOENIX – Today, Secretary of State Adrian Fontes has launched a statewide PSA campaign reminding Arizona that voters in all 15 counties have the ability to sign up for BallotTrax, the real-time ballot status update system.
